End-User License Agreement — PhuketFit QuickBooks Integration

Effective date: 4 June 2026

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the PhuketFit QuickBooks Integration (“the App”), developed and operated by DigitalOps Co., Ltd. (“DigitalOps”) for PhuketFit (“the Customer”).

1. License

DigitalOps grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely to synchronize accounting data between the Customer’s QuickBooks Online company and the Customer’s ServiceOps system.

2. Acceptable use

The Customer agrees to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law and Intuit’s terms of service. The Customer must not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or use the App to access data belonging to any party other than the Customer.

3. Authorization

The App accesses QuickBooks Online data only with the Customer’s explicit authorization via Intuit’s OAuth flow. The Customer may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the App.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DigitalOps does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

6. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect while the App is connected. Either party may terminate it by disconnecting the App, after which the license ends.

7. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand.
