Privacy Policy — PhuketFit QuickBooks Integration

This integration (“the App”) connects PhuketFit’s QuickBooks Online company with PhuketFit’s ServiceOps accounting system. The App is developed and operated by DigitalOps Co., Ltd. (“DigitalOps”, “we”) as a data processor, on behalf of PhuketFit (“the Customer”), who is the data controller of the information processed.

What data we access

With the Customer’s authorization, the App accesses the QuickBooks Online Accounting scope only. This includes accounting records such as accounts, journal entries, tax codes, customers, vendors, and related transactions necessary to synchronize data between QuickBooks Online and the Customer’s ServiceOps system.

The App does not access, process, or store payment card data, bank credentials, or QuickBooks Payments information.

How we use the data

Data is used solely to perform a two-way synchronization of accounting records between QuickBooks Online and the Customer’s ServiceOps system. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing or advertising.

How we store and protect data

  • Data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Singapore (ap-southeast-1) region.
  • OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest.
  • Access is restricted to authorized personnel and systems required to operate the integration.

Data sharing

We share data only with Intuit (via the QuickBooks Online API) as required to operate the integration, and with the Customer’s own ServiceOps system. We do not share it with any other third party except where required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We retain synchronized data only as long as the integration is connected and required for its operation. When the Customer disconnects the App, or on written request, we delete the associated QuickBooks data and revoke stored OAuth tokens.

Your rights

As the data controller, PhuketFit may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the processed data at any time by contacting us.
